Seaport-E, the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services, is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that allows for the acquisition of a wide range of solutions and services in twenty-two functional areas including program management, engineering, and financial management. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform.
