OBXtek awarded Missile Defense Agency Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ)

McLean, VA, December 06, 2025 – OBXtek was awarded the Missile Defense Agency Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ). This IDIQ contract has a ceiling value of over $150B and encompasses a broad range of work areas that allows for the rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility over the next ten (10) years.

OBXtek will be providing program management, administration and operations support; engineering technical management and information technology support; logistics support; and knowledge management support services to bear under this IDIQ.
