OBXtek Inc. awarded contract with the Air Force Civil Engineer Center Real Estate Transaction Program

Tysons Corner, VA, January 14, 2019 – OBXtek Inc. was awarded a contract with the Air Force Civil Engineer Center Real Estate Transaction Program (AFCEC-CIT RET). The two-year, $2.7 million prime contract was awarded through the OASIS SB contract vehicle.

OBXtek will provide the AFCEC-CIT with a full range of support and deliverables focused on consulting and working with action officers, team leads, supervisors and the division chiefs to achieve a professional Air Force Real Estate program. Projects will include improving processes, reducing expired grants, assisting with audits, restructuring the Air Force Real Estate training program and performing CIT workflow duties.

AFCEC-CIT is considered the execution arm for Higher Headquarters (HHQ) established policy and as such implements installation level procedures to ensure the highest level of adherence to Air Force policy.
