McLean, VA, May 11, 2023 - OBXtek Inc. has promoted Russell Cash to Vice President, Proposal Strategy & Operations. In this role, Mr. Cash will lead win strategy sessions for all OBXtek recompetes, “must win” opportunities, as well as opportunities that will catapult OBXtek to the next level due to their size, complexity, or mission area. He will also continue to modernize and streamline the way OBXtek produces winning proposals.
“Russell’s contributions to OBXtek are taking the company to the next level,” said Mike McKinney, OBXtek chief operating officer. “Russell has incorporated his strategy and proposal operations expertise into our process and the results continue to show themselves in the quality of our submissions to the requests for proposals. We should start seeing many wins coming in later in the year.”
Mr. Cash was Director of Proposal Operations at AECOM and held the same position at Teledyne FLIR before joining OBXtek as Director of Proposal Operations in 2022. In the last ten years, he has won over 7 billion dollars in revenue.
