U.S. Air Mobility Command selects OBXtek to provide support

Tysons Corner, VA, February 27, 2018– U.S. Air Mobility Command has selected OBXtek to provide program lifecycle management support, announced Dale Spencer, OBXtek President and Chief Operating Officer.

“OBXtek is proud to support the U.S. Air Mobility Command, which provides rapid, global mobility and sustainment for America's armed forces and humanitarian support at home and around the world,” Spencer said. “Additionally, with the quantity of United States’ forces stationed overseas declining and global interests enduring, the unique capabilities of AMC are in high demand.” 

For the U.S. Air Mobility Command, OBXtek is providing Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS), including technical and subject matter expertise to advise and assist with Program and Project Management, Program and Acquisition/Procurement Lifecycle, System Security, Quality Assurance, Document Control, and Engineering services. 

Specific projects supported include, Advanced Computer Flight Planning (ACFP)/Mission Index Flying (MIF), Consolidated Air Mobility Planning System (CAMPS), Dynamic Mission Re-planning (DMR), Global Aircrew Management (GAM), Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES), Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Global Decision Support System (GDSS), System Integration, Mobility Enterprise Information Service (MEIS), Enterprise Information Management (EIM), Electronic Records Management System (ERMS), Air Carrier Analysis Support System (ACAS), Aircraft Maintenance Training Enterprise System (AMTES), Enclaves, MAF Information Technology (IT) Portfolio Analysis Office, Mobile Technology, and the Application Infrastructure and Systems Support (AISS) contract and Management Office (AMO), as well as the Communications Operation and Maintenance Function (COM-F), and Enterprise Security Support (ESS) contracts.
