OBXtek wins contract to provide Base Communications and Information Technology Support (BCITS) services to the Air Force, Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC)

Under the contract, OBXtek will provide network-centric information technology; networking and security, voice, video, and data communications; information and applications management; and other requirements. AEDC is an Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) base located on Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee with Geographically Separated Units (GSUs) in White Oak, Maryland and Moffett Field, California. AEDC is an Air Force Test Center organization that provides the largest and most advanced complex of flight simulation test facilities in the world. Under the task order, OBXtek will provide AEDC with Network Operations (NetOps), Infrastructure, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) implementation and transformation services and solutions to AEDC and AEDC (GSUs).
