OBXtek promotes Sharon Harrington to Chief Human Resources Officer

McLean, VA, August 28, 2020 – OBXtek Inc. has promoted Sharon Harrington to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, Ms. Harrington will be responsible for all aspects of our human resources strategy, including talent management, leadership development, and compensation and benefits. She will continue to build a culture that attracts, retains, and develops the best talent.

Ms. Harrington joined OBXtek over five years ago and quickly moved into senior leadership roles, where she implemented an HR information system, a learning management system, and an applicant tracking system. These initiatives resulted in increased support for our employees and assisted in corporate growth. Recently, she led the efforts in quickly establishing comprehensive policies and additional support to employees in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
